As a tool that primarily runs locally, Pemo only collects user information in very limited circumstances:

2.1 Invitation Code Requests

  • Email address: Used to send invitation codes, necessary service notifications, and product updates

2.2 Issue Feedback and Technical Support

  • Device information: Including but not limited to operating system, Pemo version number, device model, etc., used for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Error logs: Containing error information from application runtime, used to identify and fix software issues
  • Other information you actively provide: Such as problem descriptions, screenshots, etc.

2.3 Payment Information

  • Information collection and processing during payment is handled entirely by Stripe (our payment processor) according to their privacy policy
  • We do not store your complete credit card information

2.4 Usage Analytics (Optional)

  • Anonymous usage statistics: Such as feature usage frequency, application performance data, etc., used to improve the product (you can opt out in settings)

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Pemo services
