Core workflow

Start from the default workspace, collect materials, read and translate, extract structure, then reuse notes, transcripts, and research output.

Four-step workflow

  1. Collect materials：Put PDFs, Word files, web pages, images, meeting recordings, class videos, and podcasts into the default workspace first, and use paper subscriptions to keep tracking research fields, topics, and sources.
  2. Read and translate：Use PDF translation, bilingual reading, paragraph translation, subtitle translation, and TTS to lower comprehension cost.
  3. Extract structure：Generate AI summaries, document-context Q&A, understanding checks, mind maps, and notes around the current material or multiple materials.
  4. Reuse output：Keep source text, translations, AI answers, notes, tags, meeting minutes, and study outputs in the same library for reuse.
