Core workflow

Start from the default workspace, collect materials, read and translate, extract structure, then reuse notes, subtitles, voiceover scripts, and research output.

Four-step workflow

  1. Collect materials：Put PDFs, Word files, web pages, images, meeting recordings, class videos, and podcasts into the default workspace first.
  2. Read and translate：Use PDF translation, bilingual reading, paragraph translation, subtitle translation, and TTS to lower comprehension cost.
  3. Extract structure：Generate AI summaries, document-context Q&A, mind maps, and notes around the current material.
  4. Reuse output：Keep source text, translations, notes, tags, meeting minutes, and voiceover scripts in the same library for reuse.
